The children had a very busy forest school session today. There were so many activities' to support the children's learning. To enhance our 'World Around Us' skills we explored how the wind works and made windy day streamers with Summer and Zach's mum . Aoife's dad and Erin's mum helped us to explore the life cycle of the frog in the tuff tray, and we learned about Spring blossoms and made our own blossom pictures. We took part in bird watching and made clay birds and enjoyed making nature pictures using the hapazome method. Taking part in number grids helped us to develop our number skills. We loved den building, reading books and working with our friends. Most of all we had fun!
